Our Ethos:

Core Teachers consultants pay close attention to the personal needs and requirements of both the clients and the candidates we work with. We understand that getting the right fit in a classroom, in line with each settings individual values and needs, plays a huge part in ensuring a successful outcome in a young person’s education.

Our friendly, well-informed staff invite you to speak to them about your needs. We are sure you will hear for yourselves the passion and determination that sets Core Teachers apart from other agencies out there.

Over many years, we have worked with schools and teachers and have come to realise that every teacher, every school and every child is different. We understand that not every practitioner will be right for every setting and so we really take the time to understand your values allowing teachers to thrive and pupils to flourish within the classrooms of our clients.

Core Teachers in the Community

core

/kɔː/

noun

  1. the tough central part of various fruits, containing the seeds.
    “a pineapple core”
  2. the part of something that is central to its existence or character.
“the plan has the interests of children at its core”

Schools are the CORE of every community. Here at CORE Teachers, we echo that sentiment, and we understand that getting the right candidate in the right school is vital to all stakeholders. This is why we take the time to get to know the schools that we are working in; we get to know the communities they serve, and as a local recruitment firm we can offer a bespoke package that will work for the whole community.

How do we help the community we serve:

  • Our children are the future… We ensure that we are committed to protecting the environment through recycling, cutting down on plastic waste and having a zero-waste policy in the office.
  • Delivering Food and Welfare packages during the pandemic to vulnerable people within our community.
  • We sponsor local sporting teams, and we support schools’ events such as Football Finals – this is a passion of the directors, and it has led to us sponsoring numerous children’s grassroots teams, enabling children to develop and hone their skills in a competitive environment. This is a company tradition that we’d love to keep going, and as such, we would love to hear from schools that we work with, and we will always help out where we can!
  • We offer a ‘We are Readers’ programme – the more a school uses us, the more they can earn back in rewards that they can use in Book Vouchers. Schools can use this however best suits them: prizes for regular readers; stocking up class libraries (we encourage schools to use a wide range of diverse reading material); and giving children access to high-quality texts.
  • We feel that we are one global community and, as such, have helped sponsor our Business Development Manager to volunteer teaching, coaching, and completing building projects in Tanzania, Africa.
